For our last full day, visited the Monkey Cave Temple (Wat Suwan Kuha)

then cruised on a long tail boat across the emerald waters of Phang Nga Bay.
We first got onto the tiniest of canoes to explore the stalactite caves & quiet lagoons at Talu Island

then went on to see the famous limestone formations of Khao Phing Kan (aka James Bond Island for its role in the 1974 film The Man with the Golden Gun).
Finally, we had halal Thai lunch at Ko Panyee floating village (Muslim Island) and slept most of the 2hrs home

After all 6 of my friends left, my last day in Phuket involved socializing with locals, watching planes land and take off over the beach at Sirinat National Park, leisurely walks, a $10 Thai massage that I'll talk about till the day I die (they massage your buttocks!) and a heart full of gratitude for solitude, adventure and friendships.
